LC Mens Wear – Refund & Return Policy

At LC Mens Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.

Only items purchased from www.lcmenswear.com are eligible.

Sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
2. How to Return

Contact our customer support at support@lcmenswear.com within 30 days of delivery.

Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

Pack the items securely in original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation.

Ship the items back to the address provided in the RMA instructions.
3. Shipping Costs

Returns are customer responsibility, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days after we receive and inspect your return.

You will be notified by email once the refund has been issued.

Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable, except for faulty/damaged items.
5. Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or colour are subject to availability.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@lcmenswear.com.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
7. European Consumer Law

For customers in the UK and EU, this policy complies with Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and EU Consumer Protection Regulations, including the 14-day statutory cooling-off period.
